Hello dear Reader, Welcome to the imaginary world of the 1940s and 1950s. I write stories that make people laugh at our frailties, remember what matters most, and feel the joy of being in God's protective arms. My latest happy achievement was receiving First Place in the Catholic Media Awards for Inspirational Fiction for my 6th novel, Beyond the Victory Garden. Catholic Media Association. The Victory Garden was a rich place of solace for many women at home during World War II. In the 1940s, it was not only a source of sustenance for the home and community, it was a place where working the soil and nurturing one's small garden provided a sense of accomplishment and control over one's life. There are currently 11 books in my Serve Series, with one on the way. A second series features altar servers, beginning with the title "Altar of the Cross," which will also have an addition coming out soon. I write from my heart combining memories, imagination, and my ever striving-to-be-true Traditional Catholic spirit.
